Couch 2 CrossFit

Seasoned athletes and complete beginners (yes, even “couch potatoes”) will benefit from this beginner program.

Our Couch to Crossfit program is an all encompassing 6 week program that teaches you Crossfit basics, including nutrition. We will equip you to reach your goals mentally and physically. In a small group training environment, you will work closely with others who have similar goals to you. You don’t need workout experience; or Crossfit experience; No fancy clothes or booty shorts necessary.

Program will include a starting and ending body composition test.

Program will run Monday and Wednesday at 7pm and Saturday at 9am. Attendance at all sessions is highly encouraged but not required. Program will run from Monday January 14th until Feb 23rd. Following the final C2C class Feb 23rd you will be encouraged to attend regular scheduled CrossFit classes for the remainder of Feb.
