CrossFit

CrossFit

The CrossFit group classes are the backbone of what we do at Buckeye Strength & Performance. In a small group setting, we provide your exercise programming (warm-up, workout, and skill work) as well as instruction and supply all the necessary equipment. You will learn the basics of weightlifting, basic gymnastics and bodyweight movements, proper running mechanics and much more. You will always receive instruction from a CrossFit certified trainer and will constantly be observed to ensure that you are performing all movements in a safe and efficient manner.

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting with an aim to improve the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. We have found that the most successful CrossFit athletes have a strong foundation in the Olympic Lifts. Olympic Weightlifting classes follow set cycles ranging from Introductory, to more Advanced cycles prepping lifters for competition. Our classes are great whether you are looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

Body Composition Testing

Body Composition Testing

The InBody analysis uses state of the art direct segmental multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance to examine the composition of your body. Simply put, it reveals your percentage of body fat, muscle distribution, and body water balance so we can best determine how to help you reach your goals.

Our bodies are complex structures made of many different components such as water, fat, and muscle. A simple number on the scale is misleading and not an indicator of health, PERIOD. In other words, toss your scale and we will look at what is really going on from the inside out!

With your Buckeye Body Comp InBody results, we can determine exactly how many calories you should be eating and what classes will help you achieve your goals.

Buckeye Strength and Performance is the culmination of the owner’s fitness experiences while travelling United States and the world, visiting more than 150 facilities from New South Wales to Turkey to Washington. Our two CrossFit facilities are the combination of all the best training, programming, and ideas from all over the globe. Our coaches use a wealth of experience, as well as passion and compassion, to move you toward your goals consistently and safely. From private training to group classes to athletic performance training, these coaches know how to push you past your limitations and into your personal success zone.
